The mission of the Independent Publishers of New England is to “collaborate to make better books and sell more of them,” according to IPNE president Eddie Vincent, who heads up the prolific fiction publisher, Encircle Publications. “The core mission of IPNE is to help independent publishers build and grow their publishing and related businesses.”
