Can 2020 get any more challenging? Just ask our special guest, Amanda Kraus, who took over the helm as CEO at USRowing on Nov. 1 amid a raging pandemic and an intense conversation about diversity and inclusion in the sport. Amanda founded Row New York in 2012 and built it up into a major force for inclusion in the sport.

In this special Ready, Row! USA interview episode, The founder of Row New York shares her hopes, dreams, and plan of action for the organization with one of her biggest fans, 6-time Olympic athlete and coach Jim Dietz, who is our guest host today. Jim is the past varsity coach at UMass Amherst and the co-founder of All-American Rowing Camp.
